Engineer the reliable hand-off.

Automated feeding systems for caps, closures, fitments, scoops, valves and packaging components, with high-flow sorting and controlled line delivery. The complete scope may combine bulk storage, a bowl, centrifugal or step feeder, linear buffering, sensors, vision inspection, an escapement and the required PLC or robot signals.

Information for selection

What to include in the brief.

  • Part drawings, photographs, dimensions, mass and finish
  • Every normal supplier, cavity, colour and material variant
  • Required orientation, datum, pitch and discharge height
  • Sustained rate, buffer demand and receiving-machine signals
  • Inspection, guarding, environment and access requirements

Estimate the packaging-machine demand and accumulation using the rate and buffer planner, then define track-full, low-level and fault states in the integration guide.

Straight answers

Common component-feeding questions.

Final suitability and performance are confirmed against the actual part and agreed trial criteria.

Which packaging components can be fed?+

Typical parts include caps, closures, fitments, scoops, valves, pumps, triggers, plugs and overcaps. The component family, orientation and receiving machine determine the feeder route.

How can marking on decorative closures be reduced?+

Control product depth, recirculation, contact speed and tooling surfaces. Visible finishes should be represented in trials because coatings, decoration and colour can change handling behaviour.

Can a component feeder integrate with an existing capper or packaging line?+

Often yes. Outlet height, chute geometry, buffer demand, low-level signals, guarding, access and the capper control interface should be checked before the feeder is specified.
